    Bom custo benefício. Recomendo e voltaria.

    A localização e o custo benefício são os grandes pontos. Da pra ir a pé pra muitos lugares importantes de BH, estando em um bairro residencial muito agradável. Além disso há um shopping e um mercado muito próximos.

    Fiquei num quarto duplex que ainda não estava reformado então as instalações ainda eram antigas
