Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodations for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Please note that extra beds or child's cot/crib are subject to availability. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children up to 7 years will be exempt from fees as long as accommodated on the same bed of the parents We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM.
