    Péssimo lugar, nunca paguem antecipadamente!

    Não consegui me hospedar, não permitiram a conclusão do meu checkin, porque minha irmã estava com a foto do RG e da certidão de nascimento originais do filho dela, estava também com os seus documentos on-line pelo GOV e eles não permitiram mesmo assim, disseram que era regra, porém essa regra não existe nem na política de acomodação do Booking nem no site oficial deles, não me devolveram nem me deixaram rasgar a ficha do checkin que eu já tinha assinado, nem quiseram fazer o cancelamento da hospedagem pra não me devolverem o valor pago antecipadamente. Recepcionista completamente despreparada e mal educada, recusou inclusive de eu conversar com algum supervisor ou gerente. Deixou eu, minha mãe idosa, meu sobrinho de 13 anos e minha irmã sem hospedagem e sem solução alguma!
