    Hotel oferece boa estrutura, mas precisa melhorar a comunicação com os hóspedes e a postura no atendimento diante de rec

    O hotel possui boas instalações, confortáveis e bem cuidadas, além de oferecer um ótimo café da manhã.

    A experiência foi prejudicada por falhas na comunicação e no atendimento. No momento da reserva pelo Booking, informamos expressamente que levaríamos nosso cachorro de pequeno porte. Apesar de a solicitação ter sido encaminhada ao estabelecimento com três dias de antecedência, não recebemos qualquer orientação sobre a necessidade de apresentar a carteira de vacinação do animal ou sobre a cobrança de uma taxa adicional. Essas exigências foram comunicadas apenas no check-in. Ressalto que não questionamos a legitimidade dessas condições, mas a falta de transparência e de comunicação prévia. Ao questionarmos a situação, o recepcionista Demétrio tentou justificar a falha alegando que os setores de recepção e reservas possuem gerências distintas, como se a organização interna do hotel afastasse sua responsabilidade perante o hóspede.
