    The apartment is in an older building, so naturally it has a few imperfections. However, it is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I usually focus my reviews on the accommodation itself and do not often comment on the host, but this time I have to make an exception. The hospitality we experienced was truly exceptional and clearly above the average. If it were possible to give the host more than 10 points, I would gladly do so. The thoughtful welcome and genuine care shown from the very beginning created a warm and positive atmosphere. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated, not just like another reservation. This kind of attention and kindness is rare. The host’s attitude made our stay even more special, and this is exactly why I can give this place a perfect score. Stay here, and you will understand what I mean.

    Superare la prima impressione.

    La maleducazione del call center da cui ero stato contattato per aver richiesto una fattura, in un dialogo da teatro dell’assurdo, con tesi sostenute con arroganza fuori di testa del tipo “con le tasse e le commissioni che paghiamo chi chiede anche la fattura?”, argomentazioni mai ascoltate in via mia, aver resistito alla tentazione di cancellare pur pagando la penale, è stata ripagata dalla disponibilità e cordialità di Alessandro che mi ha messo a disposizione un appartamento con tutti i confort: da un pacco di pasta, vino, liquori, spazzolini per i denti nuovi in caso di necessità e perfino colluttorio. Per questo sono passato da un potenziale voto 1 ad un 10 meritato.
