    Spacious and well located, but worn down and under-equipped.

    The apartment is very spacious with plenty of beds, and full of interesting details. It's a short walk to Trastevere and the rest of the city, and the host was responsive, stopping by with a few missing items during our stay.

    The place felt worn despite being cleaned. The bathroom in particular was run-down, with makeshift repairs, insects, and visible mould. The indoor climate was a problem: rooms became stuffy and smelly overnight if doors and windows were closed. The kitchen is fine for breakfast and simple meals, but it lacked basics: no bread knife, no cutting board, only one deep plate and one pot to mention a few. The host was quick to address the items we noted. The fridge needed a proper clean, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach all rooms.
