The location was great and the room was clean. The shower was clogged and he took care of it as soon as we told him. He was overall a nice host. He was also nice to allow us to keep our suitcases after checkout
In the bathroom we had nothing to place the cosmetics or clothes. There was no proper hanger to put the towels. The rooms were not soundproof at all. You could hear everything happening in the hallway and sometimes even the people in the other rooms. What was very sketchy is that in the booking it was written that late checkin costs 20€, but when we arrived he charged us 30€ (he accepted only cash for that). To be fair, it was written in one of the messages we received from him AFTER booking. But at this time we booked it already without free cancelation.

Ottimo struttura, posizione molto tranquilla e comoda al centro di trastevere ed ai mezzi pubblici, pulita, con a disposizione un piccolo cucinino. Host estremamente gentile e disponibile.
