We would like to clarify to guests that the structure does not issue overnight stay invoices. According to Italian law D.L. 50/2017, in the case of short-term rentals for tourist purposes, you are not subject to registration with the Revenue Agency. We kindly remind our guests that, as there is no physical reception on-site, access to the property is completely autonomous (self-check-in). To access the property you will need to complete the online check-in through a link (no need to download any app). It will ask you to upload pictures of your ID and of yourself for identification purposes only, and to pay the city tax. We also inform you that the property is provided with a keyless entry system and a smartlock: there won't be need for a physical key. For this reason, only your smartphone with internet connection will be your key to open the doors every time! Please keep in mind that you will receive the link directly from the property via e-mail or messaging.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
