  L,emplacement de l'appartement est top et au calme, on a su tout faire à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. L'hôte répond vite et on a pu rentrer un peu plus tôt dans l'appartement. Ce fut un beau séjour !

  Les lattes du sommier du lit n'arrêtaient pas de tomber, il fallait les remettre chaque jour. Il faudrait mettre un nouveau sommier qui tient mieux.

  Relaxing Place to Explore Rome

  The location is great. Not far from the Circus Maximus, historic centre, and the Colliseum. A great night market runs close by along the river with food, drinks, and other stalls. The property is very spacious, secure, and well decorated. There are good bus stops nearby for the train station.

  The electricity fuse flipped off a lot, we think due to the kettle and toaster. Easily reset though. Shower was good but hard to get the temperature stable - went very hot and cold and generally needed constant adjustment while in the shower. Not really suitable for young children.

  Could be great, but fell short of acceptable based on three BIG issues.

  Great location, easy to access, fantastic food, wine and transport options nearby. The apartment had VERY spacious rooms. Our stay here was comfortable, but....

  1. The bathroom was terrible. The water from the toilet cistern periodically squirts all over the nearby hand basin, and wets whoever stands there. 2. The hot water system is inconsistent and VERY frustrating - leading to regular cold showers. 3. The power circuit breaker trips off periodically when more than two aircon units are being operated - this was very frustrating. 4. Lack of feedback from the managers didn't help things. I advised them of all three issues, and requested a partial refund, but never heard back.

  Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert( wir waren bei 35°C in Rom) , Lage war in Nähe von kleine Cafés und Pizzeria fußläufig, schön für abends. Betten waren sauber bezogen, Wohnung war sauber. Kaffeepulver war vorrätig.

  Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer, also man sitzt dann eben zusammen in der Essküche. Das Foto mit dem Sofa ist praktisch der Eingangsbereich. Leider war das duschen kaum möglich, entweder war das Wasser brühend heiß oder eiskalt. An Hausschuhe denken, der Fußboden ist gefließt und daher Recht kalt. Wenn man bei Dunkelheit ankommt, dann vorher nochmal genau den Eingang zur Wohnung beschreiben lassen.
