    Overall, a nice apartment let down by outdated communication and an unprofessional host/agency experience.​​​​​​​​​​

    Clean and spacious, a good size for a family of 4, and within walking distance to the Bodden.

    Communication ahead of the stay was inefficient, requiring a call two days before arrival for the key code, impractical if travelling from afar. We were also redirected via an agency to cancel our Booking.com reservation and book directly. The host was stingy (one toilet roll, few bin bags, towels at 12.50 EUR extra), and the coin-operated washing machine doesn’t complete its spin cycle, with the host’s fix being to just pay again rather than repair it. Privacy is limited as the host lives next door and regularly passes the toilet/kitchen windows, and the garden is unfenced, shared with other apartments, and used for parking/machinery, not suitable for kids or dogs. The agency also chased a separate deposit and fees via bank transfer months ahead, but is now citing a 14-day period and still hasn’t returned it after two+ weeks.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Immer wieder sehr gerne .

    Ein ausserordentlich großes Quartier. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich zurückziehen. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick Richtung Bodden.

    Es war für uns alles sehr schön und komplett. Ein Toaster würde die Kücheneinrichtung vollenden.
