    Kostenfreier Parkplatz, WLAN, TV, bequeme Couch + Betten

    Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses und Grundstückes ist schmuddelig und mölig. In der FeWo gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank. Dafür 4 Kommoden, deren Schubladen vollgemölt waren. Wo also hin mit all unseren Klamotten... Das 2. SZ hatte keine Tür (das geht z.B. garnicht). Gefährlich fanden wir die offene Duschwanne, die über eine Stufe zu erreichen ist. Da nach dem unbequemen Duschen alles nass und feucht ist, besteht große Rutschgefahr. Wie es bei uns passiert ist. Folgendes wurde zwar im Internet präsentiert, gab es aber nicht: Klimaanlage, zusätzliches WC (gab nur 1x), Ankleidezimmer, Wecker, Hol-/Parkettfußboden. Ständig ist man von Geräuschen umgeben: Der Zug fährt in gefühlter Reichweite am Haus vorbei. Eine viel befahrene Hauptstraße in 10m Entfernung. Und die Bewohner des Hauses schauen recht laut bis weit in die Nacht Fernsehen. Alles in allem kann man u.U. solch eine Wohnung als FeWo anbieten. Aber nicht als "traumhaft" und nicht zu dem Preis.

    Sehr geräumig und sauber.

    Die einzige Steckdose im Bad war leider defekt.
