    We never got to stay at the property because they relocated us to a property on the outskirts of Valencia about a 30 minute walk to the centre. I only found out on the morning we were due to travel. I received an email the night before giving me the exact (different) street information which I was hoping was just a mistake to then find out in the morning we were being offered this other less than adequate property after I had messaged and phoned to try and find out what was going on. I understand there can be maintenance issues at properties but I could easily have already been on route by the time I found out. Luckily I wasn't and luckily hadn't bought train tickets. I was travelling with older relatives who would not have liked having to use public transport and equally I did not want to have to drive in and out of the city centre. The lack of communication and just assuming we would accept any other property is the the real issue here. I was refunded quickly.

    Locatia e ok pt 4-5 persoane, necesita totusi renovare. Se retine garantie. E multa galagie

    Apartamentul este spatios, chiar la intrarea in orasul vechi , are toate dotarile, inclusiv masina de spalat. Ar trebui totusi o renovare

    Localizarea pe o strada f circulata. Am incercat sa dormim cu geamul deschis dar zgomotul era infernal. Ar trebui renovat. Nu am inteles de ce au fost blocati 250 euro garantie. Inca mai astept sa mi se deblocheze banii.

    Jammer van de verkeersdrukte / bed

    Veel natuurlijk licht door het grote raam in de living, met zicht op de bomen van het Turiapark, airco in de living.

    De kwaliteit van het bed in de grootste slaapkamer: onmogelijk om in te slapen wegens gepiep en gekraak bij de minste beweging. Geen airco in de slaapkamers. Heel veel lawaai van het verkeer.
