    Everything was awesome!

    Great location, close to metro and short walk to Swallows baseball stadium. Property extremely responsive to any questions you might have. Easy check in and room has everything you would need. Room very clean and balcony, really quiet area at night as well. Highly recommended, I’m actually staying again here on my return trip to Tokyo.

    It was perfect and exactly as advertised.

    Quite Akasaka

    The owner responded and tried to overcome the first checkin bad impression (see below) The wifi worked well. The kitchen equipment is good and helped me to prepare basic stuff. The AC worked very well.

    I stayed there 2 times (2 checkin/out), there were improvement in the second time! In my first checkin I did not receive the room number and the code delivered to me, I had to call the owner, he came and let me in. The key code does not work well, you need to key in 3-8 times in order to open the door (rooms 301 and 302). As I mentioned, the owner was more attentive the 2nd checkin and send me the details ahead of time.
