A really well appointed apartment in a fantastic location with a lovely host.
The host Gabriele met us to hand over the keys. I have stayed in a lot of places but never with such amazing facilities, the kitchen has every piece of equipment you could need. Gabriele is a very knowledgeable host and really helpful.
It is very difficult to park in the area. I would recommend renting a car only if you need to drive outside Palermo. The apartment is in such a fantastic location in the city centre that you can reach most of the historic centre on foot.

A great apartment in a great location.
The location was fabulous - so easy to reach the historic centre and everywhere we were keen to visit. It was also close to shops for groceries etc. Gabriele was a great host and the apartment is really comfortable and well set up for travellers.

Gabriele was truly a wonderful host and so incredibly nice. He is the type of host you would love to sit down with and have an expresso to listen about his adventures and photography. His place was perfect, clean, well equipped and the A/C worked amazing (we were there during heatwave in June 2026)! We really appreciated the manual he had in several different languages explaining everything (i.e. dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom shower, air conditioners, etc). I even told another host they should do the same thing because it was so helpful. It was also in perfect location and we never had a problem finding a parking space. I would 100% recommend Gabriele's place and hope we have the opportunity to stay there again one day.
