Roberto was very kind and understanding. My travel connections got delayed and Roberto waited until after 10.30pm to check in. He was very courteous and put me completely at ease, without any fuss. Location was super, very central. Great restaurant across the street. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable, best sleep in ages. Shower was FANTASTIC with loads of hot water. Roberto was also relaxed about check-out time, which was much appreciated.

Nothing. Wish I got there earlier.!
