  El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, a 5 minutos andando del Colisseo, es tal cual las fotos publicadas en el anuncio. Se trata de un apartamento localizado en la planta baja de un edificio. Detalle de dejar cosas de desayuno y en la ducha gel y champú. Cama muy amplia y cómoda. Hay que pagar tasa turística al llegar, a nosotros nos dieron la opción de pagarlo en efectivo o a través de un link, fueron 30 euros.

  La limpieza podría ser un poco mejor ya que al llegar nos encontramos unos calcetines usados de clientes anteriores.... por poner otra pega, se escuchan muchísimo los ruidos y conversaciones de la calle al ser una planta baja

  O apartamento muito bem decorado, limpo e com uma localização excelente.

  O facto de o apartamento ter pouca luz natural. De resto estava tudo bem.

  Manipulative management and poor cleaning

  It is neat looking and decent location. Decent, there’s better. Housekeeping lady was very nice.

  Upon arrival I noticed the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I immediately messaged, with pictures, about this. The floor was wet as if someone had just taken a shower, the toilet had POOP on the back, the hand towel was wet and used on the sink counter (which was also soaked) with miscellaneous soaps scattered. I was told someone would come clean it on the morning. About 15 minutes after my son and I left to walk to dinner, I recover a call that someone was at the place to clean. They requested we walk back😅. Had they communicated someone would come that night, we would have waited. But I was not dragging my son back there before eating dinner after we had just walked to eat. We spent all night and day on a plane, we were hungry and tired. And he’s a child! Anyway, we put toilet paper on the toilet seat for the night and I had to wait until morning to shower thinking they were coming in the morning, as discussed. No one showed up so around noon time I messaged letting them know that nobody came to clean as promised that morning and that if they just showed up randomly again, we wouldn’t be there because we had plans. No response but within 10 minutes a cleaner came. We were 5 minutes late to our tour and thankfully they waited for us. Zero respect for our time and poor communication. Anyway, owner messages me later to tell me they’re sorry for the issues but I’m a liar and they deal with people like me all the time just making things up to get a refund. I never even mentioned a refund… only gave constructive criticism on their communication skills and unclean bathroom. That I even supplied pictures of the bathroom immediately after arrival for proof, just in case. They threatened me that if I left a bad review they would report me and mark me as an unwelcome guest… which leads me to wonder how many other people they have done this to that may have cowered down and not left an honest review. Not one time did I ask for a refund or even ask to leave.
