Extended use of the Spa facilities after check out can be arranged. Guests will have full use of the spa and thermal suite facilities during their stay which is open between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 and 19:00 Saturday, and 09:00 until 18:00 Sunday. Children between the age of 6 and 16 may use the swimming pool from 09:00 until 11:00 and from 15:00 until 17:00. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted access to the spa. Booking is advised for all restaurants, with Noelle's lunch and dinner services on a booking only basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Very disappointing .It is certainly NOT luxury and I would put it at 2 star wit misleading marketing

    Gym well equipped. Food limited menu but OK

    The place is VERY tired. Worn carpets,.Dirty walls. Mould in shower. No mattress covers on the bed. Rooms were dirty with dead insects on the carpet. Cobwebs around lights. Poor workmanship in past refurbishment/ decorating . Grounds poorly maintained. Main reception rarely manned.

    Lovely staff very friendly the room was lovely and very clean a great size good location and good parking. Lovely smart

    The hotel was lovely the staff were very very welcoming and the hotel was very clean and tidy the food was great and the portion size was lovely.

    The steam room does not work and was a huge disappointment even tho the pool lady had reset it it didnt work and few local members where complaining saying it never worked and they taught me a trick to use the hose pipes to spray in the courier to get any steam out, secondly my partner is gluten free and even though we asked for a gluten free pizza we were given a normal Pizza which gave my partner a poorly tummy, the staff member was very apologetic and where trying there best to make her feel comfortable but it didnt work and did ruin the second night stay with you. Other than that the shower pulley leaver was missing from the tap and the water pressure would constantly turn off.
