Very nice condo
We had a fabulous stay. The 4th floor was perfect. The condo is spacious. We had six people. Love how Schooners is right next door. When they say you are steps from the beach they are not lying. We have stayed at a lot of places and had to walk because of the dunes at Treasure Island you are right on the beach.
Wish we would have known they were going to have people painting outside our condo. We were getting ready for the beach and we looked outside and a guy was on our balcony. He was painting spots on our floor.

Beach access, pool. Most important the condo space. Kitchen was a plus with everything you have at home. parking was a plus
AC was not working properly. It was super hot in the condo. The sofa bed was broken. TV at master bedroom not working properly. Broken kitchen glass. Guest room door didnt lock. I will.say makesure the room ac is working and on before a guest arrives and check the room too make sure its ready for the next guess.

It was very clean and updated, laundry on site was awesome the staff was great having the things that were not offered as far as necessities for the room were available in the shop down by the pool
First thing that I didn't like was TV didn't work in the main bedroom ,the shower head sucked in the guest bathroom, the wax ring in the toilet was shot before we ever got there in the guest bathroom but they did repair it while we were there and we had to smell sewage 🤮 for about 3 hours , there was no ice machine on site you had to buy from the shop downstairs but all in all was nice trip
