    Responsive staff, solved all the issues we raised. Kitchen was very flexible and controlled spice level of dishes for us)

    Not recommended!

    Our stay in Tree of Life hotel was the most disappointing for me and my friends. It looks nice on the photos but the place itself looks very old, tired and worn out. We had many problems from the beginning. They had very noisy guests playing music all night and the staff didn't do anything about it. One of their guests completely drunk could get into my friend's room with their key 2 times during the night and after that we realised that all the keys are the same for every room so there is no safety at all at that place!!! After lots of arguing they promissed us 20% off for any service for that incident including food and spa. But in the end they didn't discount the spa and when we were paying the food bills they tried to cheat us twice!! It is the most overpriced hotel I've stayed in, as the rooms look super old and some of them are so humid and moldy that it is impossible to sleep there. Literally on the next day all your clothes are damp and have terrible moldy smell. It is very dangerous for your health! The receptionists are super unprofessional and uneducated people. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone.
