    Location was quite nice.

    I am currently staying at Tree of Life Vantara Resort & Spa and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. • We found a lizard inside the room. Staff came to remove it, but it ended up disappearing into the ceiling gaps, which was quite unsettling. • The mirror and carpet in the room were noticeably dirty. • We spent nearly ₹7,000 on lunch, but the food quality did not justify the price. We even found a plastic thread and hair in the soup, which was unacceptable. • We booked this stay trusting the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) group, as we usually stay at their properties. However, this has been the worst and most expensive experience among them. It has not been worth the money we paid. • There has been a clear lack of amenities, hospitality, and overall service. • Even the recreational equipment was poorly maintained — the badminton racket strings were broken and the shuttlecock was damaged. • The resort is located in a low network reception area, and despite having Wi-Fi, the internet connectivity was extremely poor. Overall, the stay has been far below expectations considering the brand reputation and the price charged.
