  Treeful Treehouse Sustainable Resort Okinawa – Magical, romantic escape into nature This place is absolutely incredible — one of the most special experiences we’ve ever had. You’re completely surrounded by lush, dense greenery and tropical forest, with nature right there all around you. The treehouses have huge floor-to-ceiling glass walls, so you wake up and fall asleep looking straight into the jungle. At night everything is beautifully and romantically lit — intimate, peaceful, and completely removed from everyday life. We saw flying foxes, had a fantastic barbecue dinner, and the whole atmosphere felt warm and unforgettable. Kayaking fitted the experience perfectly. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and actually feel present. They also have an absolutely lovely goat named Donna, who’s become the unofficial mascot of the resort. She’s friendly, full of character, and somehow fits perfectly into the whole scene. Little details like that, together with the nature and the thoughtful design, give the place a real charm and personality that you don’t find everywhere. We also highly recommend an early-morning swim in the stream — cool, refreshing, and a beautiful way to start the day surrounded by the forest. The staff were outstanding. Tom in particular was incredibly helpful, kind, polite, and attentive — he looked after us so well and made everything feel easy and personal. We also had the pleasure of meeting the founder and CEO, Satoru Kikugawa. Talking to him was genuinely inspiring; you can feel how much passion and care he has put into creating this place.

  Unglaublich gute Fotos. Preisleistung passt auf keinen Fall. Ein Erlebnis wert….

  Die Unterkunft war ausgefallen und wer seinen Kindheitstraum mal ausleben möchte ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Auch wenn die eigentlichen Bilder vom Innenraum nicht aus einem Baumhaus stammen, sondern von eine großen sehr schicken Wohnkontainer. Das Baumhaus kann dann benutzt werden oder nicht. Praktisch, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

  Die einzelnen Baumhäuser sind schick, der Rest aber eher sehr verwahrlost. Kann aber auch an dem Taifun gelegen haben, der davor gewütet hat.
