Generally a very nice stay for a family of five. The staff were nice and welcoming.

Liked the location of the hotel, very central. The hotel was really quiet. Usually you are awake with the first slamming of doors and housekeeping but not at the Treehouse Hotel - and I am a light sleeper. The gym was superb. Never been in a hotel with such an excellent gym.

I had parcels sent to the hotel and it took a few days to find them which I thought was a bit strange but they found them in the end. I generally don't like the extra throw pillows that are put on the beds. I doubt they are ever washed and people usually throw them on the floor. I also don't like the faux fur rugs under the beds. Very hard to clean properly. Discretionary service charge that I had to ask them to remove. Very strange and on top of that a large deposit as well.

Spacious, excellent value, friendly staff and great gym. Bars and restaurants were great for breakfast and evening drinks. Location was right in the centre walkable to everything we needed to do. Highly recommend!
