Lovely accommodation but service lacking
The accommodation structure and design was amazing as well as the in-room amenities
Not all villas have a view of the sea (at least ours didn’t) and mattress was very firm. This resort is not solely adults only as it has a sister resort next door with a lot of family accommodation. If you are at the “adults only” beach section, often children will come and play there. There’s not really any separation and it’s not monitored or supported by the staff. The manager Alex, was quite judgemental, assessing guests by how much he thought they may spend then allocating his time and attention accordingly. This made me really uncomfortable, not to mention it’s quite shortsighted to make this type of assumption. It’s evident this approach filters down in the management. Service is lacking in some aspects and definitely doesn’t meet 5 star expectations.

Arriving by boat it felt like we'd accessed a remote hideaway. We loved the lush jungle behind us, the sea right in front and the limestone karsts framing both. It's peaceful, with a boutique feel and we felt well looked after for our honeymoon. Would love to return.
We loved the remoteness and booked it for that reason, but do be aware there is nothing within walking distance - no alternative places for eating or drinking, no mini-mart and no taxis. The resort restaurants have so much choice (and the quality was great).

Ein wundervoller Ort!
Einfach alles! Die Villa mit Pool war ein Traum! Alles perfekt! Sauber, nettes Personal - tolle Yoga Class mit Pali und Eco Bike Tour sowie tollem Essen. Alle sind sehr freundlich.

Fantastisch ongeëvenaard verblijf gehad. Once in a lifetime experience
Heel bijzondere boom villa’s midden in de natuur met uitzicht op strand en zee. Zeker geen boomhutten gezien de inrichting en voorzieningen. 5 sterren waardig
Prijzen zijn wat aan de hoge kant, maar gezien geïsoleerde ligging op een eiland wel te begrijpen
