The room is comfortable and cozy.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Whenever there was an issue in the room, it was not handled immediately. We had already asked for assistance, but there was no prompt response or action taken. In the end, we were made to feel that it was entirely our fault and were required to pay an additional penalty due to a stain. I am not happy with the way this matter was handled, especially since we had already requested help. Furthermore, there was no manual or clear instructions provided for the washing machine, which made it difficult for us to use it properly. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and the way the issue was handled. I hope you will review this matter fairly.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The studio was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. All the facilities were excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again

The only issue was that the ceiling fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything else was great. The studio was comfortable, clean, and all the other facilities were excellent.
