    “The place was absolutely mesmerising, surrounded by vast gardens and offering stunning views of the sea.”

    There was no fan or air-conditioning that people can survive in full summer time. Even nothing is mentioned in there page that they do not have any facilities of fan or air-conditioning. That is the big problem we faced.

    Really nice location, couple of small tweaks would've made our stay excellent.

    The annexe we stayed in was clean and spacious. The location was really good and very close to Falmouth. It allowed us to really explore the surrounding areas.

    The bedroom needs blackout curtains or bring your own eye mask. Especially in the summer, as the sun rises it comes straight into the bedroom which meant we didn't manage to sleep past 5am once. There is no 5 minute walk to the beach but there are couple of really nice beaches 5 minute drive away. Some of the information on the website regarding deposit and paying for damages are not accurate.
