    The stunning sea view, the excellent and attentive staff, the pleasant and delicious breakfast, and the overall service.

    We stayed in two rooms—one on the second floor and the other on the first; the room on the upper floor was much colder than the one on the ground floor. We asked to turn on the central heating but were told that the policy is not to operate it during October; we subsequently requested an alternative heating source for the room, only to be told that no such solution was available. This really spoiled what could have been a wonderful experience. We believe that the guest should be the top priority, but it turns out that is not the case here.
