Lovely location. Property very clean. Joe and his partner very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. The welcome pack was highly appreciated. The kids loved the cows and they do come close to the garden. Which did make my dog jump. Highly recommend if you want a break with no bother. 10 out of 10. Sorry we couldn't write in the review book we didn't have a pen .
