  Kellemes, de nyáron kiábrándítóan forró

  A lakás elhelyezkedése kiváló, szó szerint az utca túloldalán van a Tube állomás (West-Kensington), így a lépcsőházból kilépve akár egy percen belül már a peronon lehetett állni. Ennek zaja hallható volt a lakásból, de nem volt egyáltalán zavaró számunkra. A konyha felszereltsége szuper, a terek tágasak, az internet is megfelelő sebességű. Bolt a közelben több is van, a lokáció kiváló, a belvárosba 20-25 perc alatt be lehetett kényelmesen jutni. Összességében ajánlani tudjuk!

  Hőség. Augusztus közepén szálltunk meg több mint egy hétre, és a kinti 30 Celsius fok feletti hőmérsékelt miatt sokszor már elviselhetetlen volt a forróság a szálláshelyen. Hiába nyitottunk ki egész éjjelre több ablakot is, volt, hogy a hálószobában (ami az emeleten van) 34 fokban aludtunk. A lakásban volt két ventilátor (ezek közül az egyiket erősen porosodott állapota miatt nekem kellett kitakarítani), de nem sokat ért ennél a forróságnál már, csak keringette a meleg levegőt. A fürdőszobában jól jönne egy konnektor. A szálláshelyre kóddal lehet bejutni, ez nálunk sem működött augusztusban. A szállásadó azonban rövid időn belül segített, és így hozzá tudtunk férni a kulcsszéfhez. Végül az egész hét alatt kulccsal tudtunk bejutni a lakásba, mert a kódrendszer nem működött egyik alakommal sem.

  So close to the tube, groceries and restaurants.

  The flat is directly across from the Wet Kensington Tube station in a neighbourhood we like. There are many shops, pubs, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The flat was clean, big and had everything we needed. Despite being able to hear the Tube trains, the sound didn’t bother us at all. We especially appreciated the coffee and the washing machine and drying rack.

  The door code never worked for the flat. After several texts and calls we were able to speak to someone who told us how to get into the lock box for a key. We used the key the entire time. The bed was small and not particularly comfortable for us. Unfortunately, the bedroom was unbearably hot, despite having 2 fans which really just pushed the extremely hot air around and made it difficult to sleep. This is the only reason we would not book here in the summer. We also suggest adding another mirror near a plug as it is impossible to use hair appliances without a mirror.

  Perfect for an affordable stay in London

  For a city break the location was excellent, literally across the road from the tube station. Overall great facilities inside the apartment, especially if you wanted to do self catering, local supermarket in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and water pressure from the shower very good.

  The entry into the building was very dirty and a bit scruffy which doesn’t give a great first impression. We struggled with the entry code system into the apartment and had to contact the agent a couple of times, who were helpful. The biggest negative and not all together the fault of the apartment was the heat, especially in the bedroom it was unbearable even though we had 2 fans, I would recommend they invest in air con for the future.

  Nice place, good location, but ruined for us as the code to the door was faulty - no help offered

  Apartment was very clean - kitchen had everything we needed and there was an iron.

  Our 3-night stay was very worrying because of the entry code to the apartment. On the first day, we reported that we had to enter it over 200 times to gain entry and that we missed sightseeing events because of the time it took. The responses felt AI generated and offered no help or solution. We let the owner know that every time we closed the door, we had no guarantee that we would get back in. We reported it many times but no one came to help us or fix the problem. We were trying for over 45-mins to get in sometimes. It was excruciating. And this was during the heatwave in a very hot, stuffy and small corridor. We were not offered any form of recompense. The apartment is fine if you can get into it.
