Fue un viaje maravilloso y, sin duda, regresaríamos a este mismo apartamento.
Está en una zona muy tranquila, con un buen supermercado, justo al lado. La ubicación es perfecta para ser el “centro de operaciones” desde la cual partir, siempre con coche, a otras ciudades del país. A 10 minutos de Gante. El parking, muy práctico si tienes coche de alquiler. El apartamento está suficientemente equipado, y dispone de una gran televisión, a la que poder conectar un Chromecast, o un Stick TV, para ver una peli, o una serie, al final de las duras jornadas 😅. Las camas son grandes y confortables.
La zona, si te mueves andando, no ofrece más que el supermercado citado anteriormente. Nada de tiendas, cafeterías, o restaurantes; es una zona 100% residencial. Que la casa sólo disponga de un baño es un poco problemático para una familia de 4 miembros. En realidad es un baño completo, distribuido en dos estancias. El inodoro (1 m2 exactamente), y la ducha y lavabos en otra estancia. Lo consideramos muy incómodo, pero es justo decir que esta distribución debe de ser la habitual en Bélgica, porque por más que buscamos un apartamento con dos baños completos, no hubo manera de encontrarlo, por amplio que fuese.

Exceptional apartment, and we even had a bonus washing machine to use! Since we were seeing Ghent, we didn't spend a lot of time there, but it was comfortable and met all our needs.
It was just a little too plain and white. I totally understand though, so it's not really that important.
