Overall, we had a very good experience staying at this apartment. Everything was comfortable and we were happy with our stay.
There are just two things future guests should be aware of: There is no free parking near the apartment, so if you are travelling by car, you will need to arrange paid parking nearby. More importantly, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift/elevator in the building. We had luggage with us, so carrying everything up and down three floors was quite a task! This is definitely something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage, are travelling with children, or are accompanying elderly family members. Apart from these points, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay. A nice option for Cologne, as long as you are prepared for the stairs and parking situation.

Great location, easy to access. Good communication.
Very sparse. Had the bare essentials. Minimal decor. Also, we had unseasonably warm weather. Would have loved to open windows at night but street is very noisy. Fans were provided though.
