Do not recommend, did not stay and booked alternative accomodation.

Nothing, did not stay and booked a hotel instead as felt unsafe.

Area outside was tatty, broken furniture. Inside appeared clean but when you tounched the surfaces they were sticky. The Fridge was dirty and the bathroom door had a hole in it as though it had been punched. The sofa bed did not appear comfortable, cheap click clack sofa. The table was staged with bowels and plates which were all dusty. Opened the door to come out and the resident opposite came out in their underwear smoking and shouting at her children. We decided not to stay as we felt unsafe and uncomfortable and booked a hotel. In communication with the host they disagreed with us and sent photos to prove it was clean, they can only prove it was tidy. What concerns us the most is the photos taken included inages of the kitchen and lounge (where the sofabed is) appear to have taken from pin hole security cameras???. I have escaled this to booking.com and also our credit card company.
