    Very nice looking apartment, comfortable interiors, staff was quick and helpful when i had trouble with self-checking in due to the door lock having issues. Coffee and various cooking utensils are provided.

    A couple handles in the kitchen were a little dirty - nothing that couldn't be fixed with a wet paper towel

    Hello! Thank you again for the stay. Overall, I really enjoyed it and the place is beautiful and comfortable. I just wanted to share a few small feedback points that might help improve future guests’ experience. •The towels had some stains, so hopefully they can be replaced soon. •It would also be nice if the bedsheets and pillowcases could have a fresher scent, maybe with Downy or fabric softener. •The bathtub drains water very slowly, so it may need to be checked or repaired. It would also be safer to add a bath mat since the bathtub gets a bit slippery. •I also noticed some small stains on the toilet seat when I arrived, so maybe it just needed a more thorough cleaning. Overall, the stay was still good, but I think cleanliness is the main area that could be improved since I noticed some dust in the corners and in the plate/storage areas as well. Thank you again and I appreciate your hospitality!
