The apartment was extremely clean and tidy and close to shops & cafes
The property was located close to the cathedral and main town, excellent tapas bars were also close by. The a/c’s in the lounge & bedroom were very new and much appreciated. Parking was in a nearby underground car park which cost approximately €20/night and a side road opposite the apartment was handy to be able to park briefly for loading the car
The wooden floor had many gaps between the joints which could cause splinters, the lower shower rose needs a washer as it leaks badly. Some of the chairs in the lounge had screws missing from the legs which made them unsafe

Una semana magnífica!
La localización del mismo y su limpieza, además de las instalaciones. Para aparcar aunque parezca complicado, en seguida encuentras aparcamiento (recomendado en avenida Pablo iglesias) y tienes el apartamento a 3 min andando. También exponer el detalle de que me quedé olvidado bastante ropa con importancia y enseguida me contactaron para gestionar de inmediato el envío de la misma, así que de nuevo muchas gracias por la gestión tan rápida y eficiente por parte de la limpiadora y de la dirección.

Estaba sucio, el suelo está entero levantado, nos hicimos daño en varias ocasiones, el sofá incómodisimo, y de la ubicación ya ni hablamos , el pero barrio que puede haber ahí.

L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Il est à deux pas des bars, des restaurants, des rues commerçantes et du patrimoine à voir à Almeria.
