  Great location, right opposite a lovely beech with plenty of free parking.

  Whole flat needs a refresh however that isn’t the main issue, the carpet is absolutely disgusting, covered in stains and is probably 20 years old. You’re charging over £300 a night, how about you invest some of that in new carpet or even better a hard floor that’s easily cleaned. You can hear lots from the other flats however wasn’t a huge issue as no noisy people when we stayed. Wifi is awful. Windows are blown and need replacing, some don’t open or close. Needs a clothes airer, this would literally cost less than £20! People need to dry their wet swimming stuff and towels. My advice, unless this accommodation has been greatly reduced in price or refurbished spend your money elsewhere. £250 security deposit was supposed to just be a hold but the money was taken from my account and not returned for a week. They’ve got a cheek taking a deposit when it’s in such a state, we wiped our feet on the way out.

  DISGUSTING, DIRTY FLAT - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

  This apartment is absolutely disgusting! The flat is absolutely nothing like the photo's advertised, and is being misold by Booking.com! I have never stayed somewhere as filthy dirty as this flat. The first thing that hits you, is that the whole place smells of damp. The carpet is stained (badly) in every single room, the sofa is stained too. Nearly all the walls are marked, scratched or dented. Most of the windows are broken, or do not shut. The kitchen door doesn't close. The bathroom is mouldy, cracked and broken tiles. The TV doesn't work at all, the WIFI is intermittent, and has a very poor signal. There is mould everywhere on the balcony. The windows are full of condensation, so you can't even see the view through them. The is a whole wardrobe door missing in the twin room - and the mirrored doors are not even fixed in place. The duvets on the bed are falling apart - they are stained and dirty. The bedding stinks of damp (because it is stored outside in a storage container in the carpark!) The whole building needs to be condemned and knocked down. From the minute you park at the back and walk round to the front door, you know you've made a mistake staying here. There are huge cracks running down the walls - so big, that they have gauges measuring how wide the crack is getting! This whole place is a horrible, dirty place that should not be being rented out to people. I feel like we should have been the paid to stay there, not the other way round! Shocking!

  Very good. Arrived half an hour early in the property, customer service let us in without extra charge which is really g

  We like it because of its proximity to the beach. Spacious living room. Clean and enough towels for our stay. Grateful for the condiments. Nice customer service.

  Wifi is intermittent the whole stay we’re there. No vacuum cleaner. Wish you also have washing machine & dryer within the building. I noticed a lot of occupants are drying their clothes & towels in their balconies.

  How dirty the carpets were the damage furniture dirty walls the photos it looked lovely however the photos were highly deciving and wernt how the propeety was multipul guest had commented the same
