    On balance, pretty good and what we expected for the location.

    Very handy location for walking into Oxford. Everything needed was at the property. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Very clean. Contact with the hosts very efficient.

    Mattresses were not particularly comfortable. The smaller sofa/chair in the sitting area also not comfortable for long periods. Would have liked parking, and a later checkout.

    The location just off the cosmopolitan Cowley Road is very accessible with good bus route into town. Having 5 separate bedrooms is brilliant and Sharon was a good communicater.

    One bathroom is effectively shared between 4 people. A downstairs toilet would be useful but practically difficult to fit in to the house. We managed ok by also using the attic room ensure but obviously only when the occupant had got up.
