    Perfect location for Boscastle, Tintagel and not far from the Eden project. Amazing views and excellent value for money.

    The views from the terrace were spectacular, you could see the sea and vast countryside.

    Struggling to find any negatives.

    Quiet, tranquil break - just what we needed

    Breathtaking views with nothing in sight but hills and greenery - oh and the odd sheep

    Furniture could do with an update as outdoor rattan chairs were ripped and suite needed cleaning - but this did not spoil our stay
