Could be a fantastic apartment with attention to the second bedroom.

Split level and comfy sitting area. Two toilets and bathrooms. The position was fantastic.

Shower in en-suite room barely ran any water at all and the plug in the sink was broken so that bedroom had inadequate facilities. The mattress in the same room was not good.
