Absolutely stunning villa in St Austell

The location was excellent as were visiting the Eden Project and was close to several beaches. The villa was clean, comfortable and was fully equipped. Loved the wet room upstairs. The outside space was perfect. Watching the birds, squirrels and rabbits in the morning was a joy.

    Great location and accommodation

Accommodation is amazing. Facilities, location, and peaceful area.

3rd bedroom has a double bed. Not wide enough for a couple to sleep comfortably. I would recommend that being upgraded to a queen size bed as there is room and space to facilitate the extra size.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location.

Villa 9 was fitted into the corner of a cul-de-sac which looked secret & sheltered from the front but opened out to a wide garden, overlooking fields, containing wildlife like rabbits, squirrels & a friendly gull. Three of the 4 bedrooms were en suite. The 4th bedroom had a bathroom next door. Loved the master suite’s bathroom! Open plan living & dining, with lots of space. Very modern. Stargazing was good from the two loungers on the deck!

We had a problem with the TV, trying to watch the World Cup football on terrestrial channels. Even the Together rep was unable to resolve the issue. We had an issue with the security system. It produced a loud noise which stopped after 20 minutes, but it had reset everything to zero & 1 January! The security company didn’t have the codes to reset it. No pictures in the smallest bedroom. Very plain but clean.

    Prachtige uitvalsbasis voor Cornwall

Wat een topverblijf!!! Heel mooi ingericht, heel ruim, smaakvol gedecoreerd.

    Home away from home

Trewhiddle Village is a well maintained complex with a reception, plus play area and outdoor table tennis. There are fields accessible from the grounds but narrow paths and very long grass. The staff were very friendly and responded to any queries quickly. The property was immaculate and had beautiful countryside views from the deck. Washing machine and drier was very useful and the oven trays and saucepans were excellent quality. Loved the White Company shower gel, hand soap and shampoo provided in each bathroom. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved watching the birds, squirrels and rabbits in the garden.

Disappointed that no tin foil or cooking oil provided which would have been. There wasn’t enough cutlery so had to keep washing them up after each meal. The property details said a coffee machine was provided but it was just a cafetière. Parking for 2 cars but quite tight to get in and out of drive. Some kitchen counter spray would have been useful to keep the surfaces clean. Thought there could have been more board games provided. Village off a main road so can’t really walk anywhere. However, good location for exploring Cornwall by car.
