    The resort manager is rude and disrespectful. I paid a lot of money to stay here, I booked the reservation through booking.com which advertised...pay at property....I'm glad I called the resort...spoke with a VERY nice woman who helped me with my issues...I was told the manager would call me the next morning which she DID NOT... whenever I called she was rude and hateful.. unwilling to assist with anything telling me she had 2 "cut communications" until booking done what they were supposed to do. I will not stay at this resort AGAIN because of the lack of concern, disrespectfulness and hatefulness of the manager
