    Short stay ,great position,comfortable beds but disappointing about the cleanliness

    The lose position to most things. View

    The apartment was dirty , floor, hair in the spa, stuff under the beds and couch, couch was stained which made our stay with a three year old a bit disappointing and there was no English breakfast tea bags .

    Unclean

    The location. Apartment was spacious. Well equipped

    The apartment was dirty when we arrived. The fridge was dirty - previous occupants bottle still there and old food in freezer. The sofa was very grubby - with hairs all over it. The cushions were filthy. We had to clean the fridge before putting our own food in it and my husband had to vacuum the sofa. - not what we would expect to have to do. This was the final stay of 25 properties on our Australian trip and the most expensive pro rata - every other property was brilliant with excellent complimentary milk etc - really poor provision at this place . The manager offered to send cleaners in again but it should have been done properly in the first place. No follow up communication from the manager - very poor. Such a shame for our last Australian stay. I would post photos but booking won't let me.

    Very dirty and smelly. Great location and room but it was hard to get past the uncleanliness of the

    The couch and outdoor furniture was dirty. There was dog hair on the floor. Hair in the tub. Walls wre covered in lint. AC stunk like wet mold. AC return air grill was blocked up. We paid for a cleaning fee that was never done before us. We boiled the jug for coffee and ot was full of ants. Didn't notice until we tasted it in our coffee. Old ice and food in the fridge and freezer. Clothes dryer was not working
