    Very nice place in a safe and convenient location, right in the centre with easy access to everything. The place feels just like a home, making it very comfortable for families. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to families looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient home away from home.

    Disappointed and inconvenienced

    We are Genius 3 travellers around the world for 30 years. We know the proper standards for accommodation We have been to Sri Lanka 4 times and stayed in 10 and 9+. Rooms For 7 days with very satisfactory rooms We are travelling with a Sri Lankan tour agent team. This property was too dirty for all. Pillow cases smelled, bathroom smelled, beds not pristine, kitchen and utensils dirty As soon as we entered the apartment at 1:15 pm we all agreed it smelled dirty and could not stay

    3 flights of stairs, no balcony just a walkway, the kitchen was neglected. The fridge was not clean We arrived at the property with every intention of staying but we very inconvenienced to have to find alternative accommodation at short notice instead which took a bite out of our day

    We had a wonderful stay at Trinco Vistara Guest House with our child. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and felt just like home. The rooms were comfortable, and everything we needed was available. The host was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. We highly recommend Trinco Vistara Guest House for families travelling with children. We would be happy to stay here again when we visit Trincomalee! ❤️🌴
