    As a business owner, I am generally supportive of fellow business owners and almost never leave negative reviews. In this case, however, I feel I must, in the hope that the feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements. The apartment was reasonably clean. I will not list every positive aspect, as I consider basic standards something guests should be able to expect. Our main disappointment was the late check-in. We had arranged it in advance, clearly communicated that we would arrive between 11:30 p.m. and midnight, and paid an additional fee. Despite this, we were left waiting outside on the street with our luggage for 20 minutes around midnight before the host arrived. Having paid specifically for this service, we found this unacceptable. Inside the apartment, the television was barely larger than a laptop screen, the shower enclosure was broken, and the hot water barely flowed. The foam mattresses were also uncomfortable. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations and did not represent good value for money. I hope the owners take these comments constructively and address the issues for future guests.

    Estancia agradable cerca de Fontana di Trevi

    Espacioso, limpio, buena ubicación . Muy silencioso y fresco.

    Solo un poco incómoda la entrada a los apartamentos hay escaleras y ascensor muy pequeño solo para tres
