    Mid at best

    The view was top notch, my family and I really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. The bar tenders were so friendly, attentive and very talented, took real good care of us which we appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

    The check in process was a bit of a shamble for our big group (9 people in total with 5 rooms), my spouse and I were assigned to a room with 2 single beds, didn't bother to correct this on the system because only 1 poor worker was on front desk with a bottleneck forming behind us during check in. The pool is kept freezing cold and on my second morning I noticed mouldy food in the breakfast buffet which really put me off. There were no staff around to report this to, so I had to remove the mouldy food myself and place it by the kitchen. Barista coffee / beverages not included in the price of the breakfast buffet and no staff come to collect the coffee orders anyway, the customer has to go to the payment counter to order. I expected better quality and service for the price.

    The breakfast was great - enjoyed my bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato & mushrooms. The waiter (with reddish hair) in the evening was a cheery sort who lifted everyone’s spirits. All the staff were very obliging.

    I had thought I would be able to see the bridge from our room as we could on our other stays, so did miss that.
