Overall Great Stay, But Important Issue to Address (Room 156) I would like to start by thanking the hotel staff for their overall high standard of organization, care, and hospitality. The staff was very attentive, and the room itself was comfortable. I am not leaving a negative rating overall because I appreciate their effort, but I feel a strong responsibility to share a specific experience for future guests and to encourage the management to resolve this issue thoroughly. We stayed in Room 156 at Sophokleous 13-15. During our stay, I woke up every morning with large, itchy bites on my arms and face. Since the weather was cold and rainy, there were definitely no mosquitoes in the room or the area. The appearance and intense itching of the bites—which only began to fade after 3 or 4 days—strongly indicate the presence of bed bugs. When I informed the management, their response felt a bit superficial. They simply cleaned the room and mentioned that they checked and found nothing. However, standard cleaning does not eliminate this specific issue. The bites on my body were very real and persistent. I sincerely hope the management takes full responsibility for this and hires a professional pest control service to thoroughly inspect and treat Room 156. Aside from this issue, the hotel is truly nice, but guest health and safety must come first.

Schnelle Hilfe per WhatsApp. Tolle Frühstückslösung in verschiedenen Restaurants. Für die Innenstadt tolle Parkplatzlösung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
