    I warn people away from this property.

    There was a big sandy area outside of the little room where I spent my time on a beach lounge chair. I had injured my legs in the ocean which was not swimmable and could not walk, so I needed the restful time on computer and phone.

    The room and beach were filthy and there were no restaurants nearby. The sheets were not changed and the bathroom not cleaned. The ocean was dangerous and we were not warned. The room was tiny and claustrophobic. Wild dogs prowling and barking.

    Staff was extremely helpful even though they had little knowledge about Kerala culture and language. Location was great

    Right on the beach.

    My room was small and didn’t have direct access to the beach. Also, no real dining space. I ate at a table in the front office. The food was takeout food and the staff was not knowledgeable about Kerala culture or language.

    Superb

    We had an amazing stay at this house right opposite the beach! The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the shore. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. The house itself was well-maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a serene beachside retreat with great service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! 🌊✨
