Great location. Two minutes from the beach and restaurants.
Great place to stay. Jacob was a great host. Gave us great advice about getting around the Island and some really good restaurants to visit. The room was great and spotless.

I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness Iakovos showed us during our stay. We were able to check in earlier than the expected time, which was very helpful. He also gave us some really good recommendations without expecting anything in return, including great restaurants and interesting places to visit. The location was also convenient, close to the beach and the bus station, with a supermarket nearby. Overall, we appreciated the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the host.
I didn’t understand how this place has a 9.4 rating on Booking.com, because unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Many of the appliances were rusty, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, and the refrigerator was full of ice and wasn’t clean. The curtains and drapes were thick with dust. These may seem like small details, but together they made the stay feel less comfortable and relaxing, and we didn’t really feel like we were on holiday. The location is good, and Perissa is not a huge place. You can walk to the bus station in about 10 minutes, and there are plenty of markets along the main street and even near the beach promenade. Overall, despite the good location, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant holiday experience.
