  Overall good stay, would have been better with an on-site receptionist and easy-to-reach admin

  The location is good. It's surprisingly queit despite in the middle of busy street and resto/ bars. They allow us to have late check out which helps a lot to sleep and relax a bit more. The room is clean and place is spacious.

  Check-in was very difficult due to poor communication. Arriving near midnight, I found that the self-check-in instructions had not been sent. Despite insisting multiple times that he had sent the email, the property manager eventually checked his sent folder and realized he hadn't. Since there is no physical front desk and phone support was unresponsive, getting into the property took far longer than it should have.

  It was disappointing - poor and slow communication re details of access; not as advertised; flooding

  No timely communication re the actual street address - we had to call from the taxi. Then we had to call again to get the door code to leave our bags until check in. Check in was at 3pm and no details provided until 2.55pm. The room did not have a toaster or a coffee machine which had been listed in the information about the room on booking. We had to plug in the jug at the floor, as the kitchen power pt was not working. Then the room flooded after a storm with water coming through the stove fanhood and also into the bathroom and across the floor. The steps outside the apartment were also wet and slippery to walk down.

  Disappointing

  Good location

  Poor communication with host. Could not get into premises as a guest had taken key to outside door. Left for over an hour and a half before resolved as no staff on premises Leaking shower, blood stained pillow case. Bed very thin mattress not comfortable

  Las almohadas demasiado bajitas e incómodas. No había nunca nadie en recepción. El check out es a las 10am… en qué momento hemos normalizado check in a las 15:00 y check out a las 10:00?
