Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of MXN 1500 per dog per stay for a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Only dogs accepted. Other species are subject to prior approval from the property. If accepted, the same fee applies. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following room types: Single Room and Suite. Please note that service dogs are exempt from payment. Any damage or additional cleaning costs will be charged accordingly. All dogs must be vaccinated and in good health. Always keep your pet supervised and on a leash. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances due to nearby clubs. Cleaning Service Notice: Please note that there is no daily cleaning in private rooms. For stays starting from 7 nights, there is 1 complimentary cleaning included. Extra cleaning fee is 350 MXN (subject to availability and housekeeping workload). We can gladly provide clean towels, linens and extra toilet paper. Just bring it down to the lobby and we will gladly provide new ones. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
