Please note that guests who do not stay the full length of their reservation after check-in will be charged the total amount of the reservation. Please note that the Standard Rooms, Standard Studios and Standard Apartments are located on the lower floors of the hotel. These rooms and apartments do not have a view. Please note that all guests must present the credit card used to secure the reservation during check-in. Confirmation of ownership will be made upon presentation of an official identification document. If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a different credit card from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used as guarantee. Full payment of the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies will apply and a deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
