Place felt new And staff were able to resolve the drainage problem during

Would have been perfect if the staff didn't try to blame me for the drain clog at some point. Fully understand that previous guests might have done something stupid, amd therefore out the staff's control, but blaming me for causing the clog within 2hrs of first entering he property is not professional

It was very clean and countable.

The central heating needs attention as the radiator in the main room is bloked.

Had a great week in Troon, the weather was fabulous, apartment was spotless, great location.

Great location everything within easy walking distance.

Instructions on how to use the hob on cooker, would have been useful.

Beds were very comfortable. The location is right in the centre of town. Close to shops and bars and restaurants. Wifi is supplied.

Being Australian we are not aware of how a radiator works, or a hive. We were very cold first few nights. Finally got it sorted and were cosy warm. I recommend a user guide to foreigners with the heating system. Lock box was extremely hard to open. Maybe the hosts could supply tea and coffee, it would be a lovely gesture.
